Construction Supervision for the Project "Development of the Khauzak and Shady Fields of the Dengizkul Gas Deposit in the Republic of Uzbekistan."

Project Goal: In accordance with the development plan for the Khauzak and Shady fields of the Dengizkul Gas Deposit, regular gas production is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007. BSI Industries, Inc. is the developer of the design documentation used in the development of the Khauzak and Shady gas fields and is the supplier of the complex equipment for the Project. In order to assure that the facilities constructed by the general contractor are in accordance with the architectural, construction, process, and technical and economic requirements of the design-estimate documentation, BSI Industries, Inc. is engaged in Construction Supervision during the construction and start-up of completed engineering facilities.

Project Scope: Services rendered by BSI specialists during Construction Supervision include checking the compliance during construction of completed work with design specifications stipulated by working drawings and the estimated cost of the work; compliance of production technology of construction-assembly work and the work to assemble complex equipment; compliance of construction-assembly work with standards of the confirmed design-estimate documentation; supervision on site of fire-safety and blast-safety requirements of the design-estimate documentation; timely resolution of issues arising during the construction process in accordance with the design-estimate documentation; timely and proper implementation of orders registered in the Construction Supervision Journal; participation in the approval of vital structures and witnessing the main scope of work; checking the compliance of certificates (manuals) and other technical documentation; participation in testing and approval of facilities and units together with working and governmental commissions, etc.
