
Project Goal: As a result of a marketing survey conducted by BSI Industries, Inc. in Estonia and Russia and in accordance with an analysis of the potential of the Estonian Energy Complex RAS Kiviter, it was concluded that the optimal capacity of the proposed unit would be 600,000 tons a year of raw materials - western Siberian crude oil. The project had to result in the production of light petroleum products for Estonian and western European markets.

Project Scope: Feasibility study, including market analysis and raw materials report, engineering under UOP licensing. The base design, including process schematics, conceptual block diagrams UOP, P& IDs, descriptions of processes and operation, general plan, lists of units, selection of the main equipment, specifications for electric equipment, control and automation equipment, fire suppression facilities, safety procedures and environmental impact report.
