PROJECTS/

Reconstruction of the Shebelinka Gas Processing Plant, Including the Installation of New Catalytic Reforming Units and Hydro-Treater for Feed Stock in Ukraine.

Project Goal: In Ukraine, as in the rest of the CIS nations, there were always problems with the supply of high quality gasoline. Therefore, Ukrgazprom approached the construction of a unit for the production of high-octane fuel (98 rating) from a practical point of view. The project paid for itself in a very short time and provided high-octane gasoline to the eastern regions of the country and to the enterprises of Ukraine's gas infrastructure. In the construction of the facilities, BSI Industries, Inc. employed licensed technology from the company UOP. The Shebelinka Refinery is one of the first gasoline processing plants in the post-Soviet regions to use contemporary technology for the processing of raw materials.

Location: The Kharkov Region in Ukraine

Client: The Ukrainian Natural Gas Corporation (Ukrgazprom)
