Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study (F.S.) is an important phase of any industrial undertaking. While preparing proposals for the natural gas, refining, and natural gas processing industries, BSI Industries, Inc. can conduct an in-depth analysis of the potential effectiveness and technological feasibility of a project.

Professionally executed feasibility studies have provided a dependable foundation for the next stages of development for petroleum processing plants, natural gas compression systems, an underground gas storage facility, a gas metering station, and a polyethylene plant.

Several of the feasibility studies conducted by BSI Industries, Inc. were completed with the financial support of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency:

  • In 1996 - 1997 a F.S. was developed for the construction of a petroleum processing plant in Estonia;
  • In 1999 - 2000 a F.S. was developed for the construction of a main gas pipeline from Russia to Astana (the new capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
  • In 2005 - 2006 a F.S. was developed for the reconstruction of the underground gas storages Poltoratskoe and Akyrtobe in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
